Journal # 32 thanksgiving

What me and my family do on Thanksgiving day is bake turkey all together to eat sit down and eat it. while were all eating the turkey we will each share what were thanking for. Them when were done thanking we will talk about are past or funny things that had happen to us before or else we talk about what would it be like in one more year will we be here all together again what do you think it might like in one more year like anyone thinks of getting married or having kids ask each other alot of question. In these years with my family on thanksgiving I had so much fun.I hope that everyone enjoys thankgiving like I do.

Journal #31 I would like to travel around the world.

I would like to travel around the world so I enjoy looking at new thing i never seen before. I think that it would be fun to travel with a person that like to travel a lot so that person could enjoy the same you would like to enjoy or explore the world. In my imagination there is a lot of fun thing that come up in my mind when i think about traveling the world like different or strange person from me, other planents, weird animals and other kinds of stuff.

Journal #30 The steps how to write an essay

How to start to write your essay is first you prewriting that means generating your idea like brainstorming, listing, questionig and mapping. The second step is planning meaning outline or organizing ideas. The third step is drafting, in other words writting your ideas down on a paper or writting your rough draft with additional thoughts. The next step is revising like taking or adding other words or phrase to reorganized your ideas or draft. Finally, the editing checking grammer, spelling and punctuation. These are all of the steps you need to follow in order to write a good essay.

Journal #29 The best commercial

The best commerical I seen is the one on chanel thirty-three in spanish is about the good pollo loco that means "The good crazy chicken". it's about the this couple that are both eating chicken and the wife tells her husband that she is having a baby, but its not his. The only that the husband says "que rico pollo" that means "what a good chicken". Later on in the commercial the husband tells her that it she has a fake dimond in her ring he had gave her when they got married and does not say anything. The point to this commerical is that they are very happy with there chicken that they don't care about anything else that they say to each other it's all about the good crazy chicken.

Journal #27 One piece of technology i'll use is............

The best technology I will use is the cellphone because for many reasons one is I could always be calling my friends everywhere I go.I don't need to go home and use the phone at my house. The second one the most important is the emergency calls from my relatives like if something happenends and mom is trying to get a hold of me. Another is if I running late to school or to work i can call and tell them I'm going to be a little late for some reason. There is so much more reasons that the cellphone is the most important technology anyone can use. What is your piece of technology you will use?

Journal #26 My best Holiday is..............

My best holiday is Thanksgiving ,many reasons why first one is because were all together celebrating and having a good time and also good food. The second one is cause we all share why we give thanks in this day. It's so nice to hear from my own family that they give thanks that were all relatives. Final one, we give thanks to god that were celebrating another year with the same family or a biger family. This is the best holiday of my life.

Journal #25 What I like doing over the weekends.....

What i really like doing over the weekends is going out with my parents as a happy family like to concerts, movies, shopping and going out to eat together. I really have a nice thing going out with them because when we go out to eat we start talking about things that happened in the past like embrassing times of each one.In the other hand we have time to talk about any problems we need help with or ask our family for good advice. In that momment we talk about that we first here everyone in the family opinion then we figure out a solution together. I feel that it's the best time I have with my parents is on the weekends.

Journal #24 If somebody short cut me at the movies.......

I would just tell them if they could please go back and get in line because its not fair that everyone is also waiting to get in the movies also and nobody is shortcutting. I would explain to that person that were all going to the same place everyone would have a chance to go in the movies when its there turn. If that person doen't listen then just let them. In additon I knew we were all going in the movies. I would think that the person that shortcut was really desprite to go in, however that he didn't have no manners.

Journal #23 If I order ice cream and forgot my money...

If I order ice cream and forgot my money I would tell the employee to try to save it for that I forgot my purse with the money at home. I would be all inberrassed but, that i'll be back for it to pay for it. I would also tell them that I will order more when I come back and buy every employee that is working because of my accident of not bring my money. I will apologies and thank them for holding my ice cream for me.

Journal #22 If i ever been discriminated........

Yes, I've been discriminated before because of my race. It all happened her in Arizona when I came to live here. I had about ten years of living here when this happened I was walking to the store with my sister and we were talking in spanish because that is are first language and we knew how to speak it better than english. When a whit guy herd me and my sister and told us go back to mexico wetbacks I don't why are you here in Arizona if you are not welcome here if you weren't born here. At first I felt thats true I don't know why us mexican come over here to support this discrimination from other people. In that momment I wanted to run far from the place and never come back ever again. But, I gave it a thought for the last time and I said to my self i'm not going to let him hurt me with his words because iI know that us mexican come here to Arizona to work and get well educated not to harm people or distroy their homes only to have a better life.

Journal #21 If I wokeup in other country I would.........

If I wokeup in another country that I didn't know and can't understand the people. I would be very scared and try to run away from the people. After, I figure out that no one could help me if i'm running all the time I would stop and try to find someone that could help me find out what i'm doing in the strange country. Also ask why people speak different from me. The last thing I will try to do find out where is my family and try to go with them and never get lost again.

Journal #20 If I could become anything what would choose........

I would choose to become a billigual teacher. My reason to become a billigual teacher is because I want to teach people that don't Know languages and are discriminated because of what they know to speak. Like mexicans that don't know how ito speak english some are discriminated for that reason and others for other languages. I would like to teach other different languages so they could be proud of there self that they could speak the same language of other people. I think it would also be better because its very helpful to jobs.

Journal # 19 If there was little bugs in my salad....

If in a occasion I come across that in my salad has little bugs I would scream my lungs out. Even if i'm in a restuartant, I would go to the cooks or managers to shove it in there face so next time they hand out food or anything else they should check first if it's good. I think that I won't be able to salad for a while like a couple weeks. Its very nasty finding bugs in any of the food that people are going to eat also.
